Charvel have dropped the DK24 HH into their Pro Mod Series like it's nothing. This ST-style electric guitar comes fitted with a caramelized maple neck, performance enhancing upgrades to the electronics and hardware and a set of Seymour Duncan SH-10B Full Shred medium-output humbuckers that shape the sound with a super-tight low-end, brilliantly transparent high-end and a light midrange scoop. A low-friction volume pot is fitted for supple swells and when the no-load tone pot is pushed all the way up to ten, the DK24 delivers nothing but pure double-coil sound. No matter how extreme, tremolo effects are reliably supported by a Gotoh Custom 510 tremolo bridge and a set of Charvel's own locking tuners.
The Pro Mod DK24: Super-Stable, Incredibly Fast and Luxuriantly Comfortable
Besides the aesthetic touch it adds, the maple neck has been roasted to strengthen the wood and improve overall stability of this pro-grade instrument. The super-slim neck profile has clearly been developed for speed and, combined with a set of jumbo frets with rounded edges, this is exactly what you get. To compliment the playing comfort further, the fretboard radius is graduated from 12 to 16-inches so that notes can be grabbed with agility, ease and clarity all the way up the neck.

Had al even interesse voor deze gitaar.
Aanvankelijk door de rave reviews maar ook voor de looks van dit instrument.
Het is alles wat ze zeggen, geweldige sound, looks en een trem systeem dat de gitaar in stemming houdt. Zoveel beter als een Floyd Rose. OK men kan er niet zoveel mee maar toch voldoende. De hals is prachtig en voelt super stabiel aan. De Locking tuners doen wat ze moeten doen.
Minpuntjes? Een gigbag is het minste voor een bijna 1000 euro gitaar en een QC card of een ander soort van certificaat had niet misstaan.
Voor de rest serieuze aanrader.. Voor metal en zoveel meer.
